"Hi Ray, yes, fully aware of them, sorry for not emailing you about them. I was waiting for some work to be done on the site before approving them, as they are many photos of events, such as horse jumping, and I was waiting until we could group such photos together in the latest pictures section. Unfortunately this work probably won't get done just yet as not enough in the kitty for it, so I'll probably approve them soon, or at least let you know if they do not get approved. Beverley Westwood is a pasture to the West of the town of Beverley and is one of the largest areas of common land in the UK. It was granted to the people of the town by the lord of the manor in 1380. The land is home to a racecourse and a golf course, with a famous landmark on the common being the black sail-less windmill, known locally as Black Mill, which stands where a windmill has stood since the 1650's.
