So did we, I set off to walk into the village and got caught in a snow storm in the middle of nowhere, brolly at home Frown

Snow on some of the lower fells this morning. Thinking of taking a flyer after my tea. Gonna be in minus temps overnight so may be a good idea

Probably a good idea Dave, the roads could be pretty icy in the morning. If you leave after tea you should be clear of most of the rush hour traffic. The 62 is moving quite well up towards Scammonden as far as I can see from the bedroom window.

Thanks Ruth, just confirmed by thoughts, hoping to get away for about 6pm at least by Manchester most of the heavy traffic will have gone. Home before 10pm with any luck. Catch you all later, if not tomorrow
