The yellow sign on the left is also puzzling ? We seem to be out of the South West now as well which makes it more difficult, if the castle is anything to go by. The one of the river and bridge lends me to thinking coastal looking at the buildings on the higher levels, but that don't really narrow it down much. I tried tried running it through a sharpening programme but it is a scan of a photograph so not much hope which is a pity cos i reckon the hotel name would be enough My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions

I was thinking if the castle is Chepstow, then maybe a seaside village in that area of Wales. Dosen't look like anywhere I've been, I think I'd recognise the bridge.
