Thinking more about where 'they' lived, I seem to recall it could have been Deep Purple that lived just off the M40 in Oxfordshire.....awh well, it was a long time ago! lol

Anybody remember Tommy Steele? Great performer and he also once owned a farm at Worminghall; which is very close to where we are at Wheatley. There you go, another piece of useless information lol

it was one of my all time favs in the rock n roll era guy mitchell singing the blue'sSmilei think tommy steele spoiled it.
