Easy walking routes can be recommended by the hostel. Watersports can be enjoyed on the River Blyth estuary which is a 25-minute drive. Ipswich and the coastal town of Adleburgh are both within a 30-minute drive, as well as the Anglo Saxon heritage site of Sutton Hoo.
