Hello to all POE members,

Kahu (68) I've been a member here for a few years now, but I haven't posted anything lately. We've  been back to the UK visiting our extended whanau which is really scattered far and wide now. On this latest trip (2011) we spent a few days in London then headed north by car to York and then across and through to the Lake District. From there, we made our way up through to Scotland to Perth-Fifeshire, where we based ourselves for a longboat trip on the Union Canal and the Falkirk Lift. The main event was our neice's wedding in Perth, and of course watching the World Cup final later. The prompt for this post was the news that we've another addition to the clan, a wee boy.

Kahu

Hi Kahu and congratulations from all of us here at POE on the addition to the clan!

Hopefully there will be many more, and in quick succession so that we hear from you again more regularly! lol

Great for you to share your news and hope you enjoyed your recent trip throughout the UK.

I think Kahu might be talking about a grandchild or nephew, James. I could also be wrong.
