Didn't you say you were by the Severn yesterday, Andy? Think, you may have seen the very same glove.

It's esperestaurant Ray. Are you familiar with it?

Esperestaurant? I don't think you have spelt it right Andy. I think it is 'Expresso' isn't it? It is a kind of a quick international language that can be used in a restaurant for ordering coffee. You put one finger up to the waiter, and he says 'You for coffee'? He knows what you want.

Yes Ray, I see exactly what you mean. My mistake! Just got back from Cardiff...no offence anyone that might live there but woah! Rather you than me.

Sue G.R. thanks for thinking about me lol!

Sue H, yes, I crossed the Severn on my way into and out of Wales, it's odd that you have to pay to get in, yet it's free to get out, so to speak. I'll bet the Severn is full of those red gloves. And shopping trolleys, tyres, bicycles etc.

Lyn, thanks for caring and sharing lol.

I was in Cardiff on my trip in May. Lot's of construction going on, so it may look good when it's finished.

I am on the look out for gloves over here, it may just be a British phenomenon. What we do have here though are shoes laced together and thrown over power/telephone lines. Supposed to mean the person got a beating, which is terrible sad.

I think I am going to have to start looking out for gloves as well.  Sue, here we have running shoes laced together and thrown over power/telephone lines as well, but I have never heard why or what it is supposed to mean.  I always thought it was just kids fooling around.
