I am stumped too Brenda, ( wrong side of the River Tamar ). There is a lot of road and choices of road to get from Weston-Super-Mare to Hope Cove but an interesting group of sculptures to come across.

Turns out that the sculptures are on the B4577 near Penuwch in Wales. Mystery solved.
