Aberaeron is a seaside resort in Ceredigion, Wales, lying between Aberystwyth and Cardigan. The small harbour is now used only for recreational craft. The architecture of the town is unusual for rural Wales being based on Regency style buildings constructed around the harbour. It is not only the style of the buildings which is notable but also their colour, being painted in many different pastel shades.
