i like this Barb, heavy horse to carry heavy armour, i wouldnt like to ride all that way to the crusades on it though, bet they walked funny when they dismounted lol

Nice capture Barbara. The poor horse must feel the weight of rider and the horse armour. We have a Castle in Leicestershire/Rutland, near where I live called Belvoir Castle. They have mock joisting days for the visitors to relive the Knights of Old on horseback. It's the ancestral home of the Duke & Duchess of Rutland. Thank you for you recent comments on my submit photos.
