Close to the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire borders, Glebe House Muston is a Grade II listed Georgian house in Leicestershire’s Vale of Belvoir. Around 6 miles west of Grantham, the house lies in extensive grounds and provides free parking and Wi-Fi. Each room is elegantly furnished, and some rooms have a four-poster bed. All have a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, desk, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities, along with a shower and/or bath. Rooms have attractive views of the countryside, towards the village, woodland or hills. Glebe House serves an award-winning breakfast in the dining room each morning. Supper or 4-course dinners can also be provided, and the house is a 3-minute walk from a local pub where food is served. Guests can relax in the reception rooms or explore 16 acres of grounds, including an orchard, vegetable garden, farm buildings and stables. Melton Mowbray is around 30 minutes’ drive from the market towns of Melton Mowbray, Stamford and Newark, and the center of Nottingham is a similar distance away. Lincoln’s historic cathedral and castle are around 45 minutes’ drive from Muston.
