How do you get a picture on here with a post not to submit but just to add to a text?

To add a picture to a text, once you find the picture, look below the picture in the first text box, down on the bottom right is an ID number, copy that.

Here in this text box you will see a row of icons at the bottom, click on the tree icon (third from the right) and a box will appear. Paste the ID number into that box. (If the picture doesn't appear you may have to delete and re-enter the last digit, though I think POE fixed that) . Then hit Insert.

But what if the picture you want to post is not on POE, is there a way to add one to a text?

If it's a picture of England then you submit it to POE, if it's not English then you would have to have a Photobucket or Snapfish kind of account, then you can link it from there.
