Worst luxury hotel of 2014 --- The Shard's Shangri -La. Guests complained they could see into other rooms and see unwanted sights..

That sounds like something either Cato or Cicero would say, so without looking it up I'll have a go at one of those two. Cato was a right old misery.

Yes Ruth, it was Seneca.He was a Stoic philosopher who wrote an essay on the shortness of life.He brought up many Stoic principles of the nature of time,namely that people waste much of it in meaningless pursuits.Well done.
