Good afternoon Pat, it's lovely here too but we still have a nithering wind, nice to see the sun though. Sadly I had to go into town, so my only walking has been through streets full of shops and people, not my favourite place to be.

Must be something today..one mile walk and grocery shopping trip... and I'm tried today also. I'm going to try to make some different receipes I saw in an diabetes book I picked up...(1) Open face Broiled Egg, Spinach, and fresh tomato Sandwich...it's on one 1/2 whole wheat English muffin (2) Cannellini Bean and white tuna Salad wrap..going to try romaine lettace for the wrap..(3) Parmesan Chicken with Garlicky Escarole and Fennel...have yet to find the escarole  and finally (4)Toasted Coconut Cream Tart. Not done...need to go to the Safeway store on the Escarole. But am thinking of taking an nap right now...and walked in an cloudy chemtrail hazy sky an bit ago also....I feel "dirty"...so an bath is due also. I have all weekend to try to make this food....might work good for Sunday dinner. I go for now..talk later on.
