It will definately be later...as my hubby just came in with tears in his eyes to tell me his sister died. This makes three of them in the family about this time of the year...for the past three years...plus his oldest brother. An mother, grandmother and greatmother of 25. She never worked outside of the house. Raising kids and watching them was what she did ALL her life. Her husband died, then her oldest son, and at age 50 she raised three grandchildren. I met her doing genealogy work and I let her go.. doing genealogy work. She's got two brothers now that have passed also..this it not easy on my hubby...there is nothing I can do about it....faith abides perhaps...I will go see him after I leave here. I didn't know her well, but she was always kind and sensable and generous toward me. She lived an hard life also in ways. Going "home" always is an comfort if you understand the other side..no weariness...no pain..no creditors.... just an bliss that is "complete" within the divine.

Go to the website crystallinks.com, scroll down...and to the article that..... Feb. 17th is Jesus birthday...and why its said today he was born. Do they have Spring Lambs over in the Middle-east this time of the year? I guess they could maybe...weather being better over there then here.

I am not having the greatest night myself with an full moon, CME's hitting earth and supposedly bad an astrological aspect...one that says to be ready for the un-expected. Munching on asprin like candy.

Oh Shirley!  I am so sorry, deepest sympathy to you both.  How hard that must be for your husband to have lost so many of his immediate family.

I think that might be one of the worst things about getting older, so many people around you are leaving and leaving holes in your life.

I get the feeling it was expected by others in her family...she was 79. They had prepared for this some time. As weird as it is, I can't get ahold of anyone to find out where they took her body this morning...probably take until tonight to get ahold of anyone if even then. You know until my mother passed on I'd never been to an funeral...and they havent' stopped since then...all the grandparents are gone, all the parents on both sides gone, most all the sisters and brothers of our parents gone...and it' s now taking its toll in this generation. Thanks for all the kind thoughts everyone, both on the anniversary..... and on the family member passing. I guess you know we don't always to get pick out the appropriate time to chose things like this happening.

Mr. President is in town by now also today...he left in Air Force One as I was watching the news this morning out of San Francsico...so things about town are in an flurry from that alone I guess you know. Despite snow all around us, I'm seeing some sunshine filtering through...he should enjoy his trip from what I understand is planned today.  Keep him in an good mood perhaps.
