Description

Tuppny appny one please guv! aka 'A Two Pence Halfpenny stamp please'

Don't know how many times I have passed this but the penny only recently dropped that it was there and that there not so many about these days. This is found on what was originally the stable block of Grove House ( POE pic no 1156735) later it was used for the local Library and now is used by a business .
