My Husbands Grandfather was the landlord in the time when the pub belonged to the Lord of the manor, to cut along story short he got turned out because he told his Children not to take their hats off when the lord of the Manor passed by, He then took his wheelbarrow full of belongings and his family to Donyatt, near ilminster,
