Cleveleys is set on the North west Lancashire coast just north of its more bustling European fun centre of Blackpool on the Fylde Coast.
Boasting miles of natural sandy coastline, Cleveleys caters mainly for the mature resident and visitor with a new £20 million modern prom, cinema and soon to be modern ice rink.
The main shopping street, Victoria road boasts a fantastic selection of high class shops and pavement cafes and is busy seven days a week throughout the year. Only ten minutes drive north is Fleetwood with its Marina, freeport shopping centre. ferry port etc. Five minutes east of Cleveleys you can vist the Marsh Mill complex, a restored windmill and small craft shops. Open countryside extends beyond with a full range of country pubs and resturants. An exelent bus and vintage tram service connects the Fylde coastal towns so theres always something different to see. Cleveleys also has its very own micro-climate, being set between the Ribble and Wyre esturies dark grey skies and rain clouds are rare, even when our inland areas can be wet. On a clear day from the beach, looking south you can see the mountains of North Wales, whilst looking north you can see the hills of the English Lake District.
