Holland Park, London - an unsuccessful building built on part of the park, this is the Commonwealth centre, closed about 3 years ago and now the centre of a wrangle between the Commonwealth Secretariat, HM Government, and Kensington Council. The lack of maintenance is starting to show around the building while everyone decides what to do with it (or the site). How about returning it to Holland Park?
