Description

Eltham Palace, Greater London

The Courtaulds even had their intitials on downpipe hoppers. There are a number dotted around the building, all have different decorations. Stephen Courtauld's second name was Lewis, so maybe SL refers to that and VC refers to Virginia Courtauld.
