Passage leading to the Museum

Sherborne Museum is housed in what used to be the gatehouse and almonry of the monastery once associated with the Abbey. Founded in 1968, from the outset it has been dedicated to the geological, historical, social and industrial heritage of the town and the surrounding villages, as well as its natural history.
