The very well known and much photographed fence standing under Friars Crag pointing towards Borrowdale. The fence is at least 3ft high and all the clumps of grass you can see have been left there from when the waters were running high!

This is a great shot Dave, love the fence with all the weed on it.
A much more dramatic view and much more dramatic is the realisation that the water has been so high.
