Friday Street Pond.

A quick stop of only 10 minutes and a few shots of the pond, a cottage and a flying thing and I had to be on my way, but it is a very peaceful place. Note there is no parking here except at the Stephen Langton Pub (strictly customers only) and a dedicated car park outside the village and a steep slope away.

The Cottage with it's own postbox

One of the few cottages at Friday Street (I would guess there are only a couple of dozen or so) and this one is set opposite the pond but at a slightly lower level. Very rural and very English.

The Flying thing

I would not deem to identify the flying thing, I will leave it to the experts. Needless to say soon as the shot was taken it was on the wing again.
