The Brook off Lings Lane, Keyworth, Nottinghamshire

Things change with time, nearly 20 years since I came down to the 'Brook' time changes most things, once Cows kept the overgrowth down now nature has taken over.

The Methodist Church in Keyworth, Notts

The Methodist Church on Selby Lane , built in 1881 . There are no grounds. Parking is very limited outside the Church , but there is a small car park , just up the road on Elm Avenue across from the Plough Public House.

The Church Of St Mary Magdaline in Keyworth, Notts

This is an image taken within the grounds of the Church , which I feel gives more credit to the Church. Parking to view the Church is available on main street across from the Church. Main frontage grounds are well maintained , although the area , from which the image was taken was in need of some attention . This Church has a great deal of local history, many years ago , the was a Becon burning from the Church to guide travellers to the village from surrounding villages. The village once had a Windmill for the local grain , but it is long gone and only in memories of the older residents .
