At the Tower of London

Dating back to William the Conquerer, The Tower is now surrounded by metal, glass and steel. Functional, but none of the charm of true England. The moat once held the menagarie - an attraction to Londoners and visitors several hundred years ago.

I'm not familiar with exactly where, but this building was the first one I saw when I was directed to the display of the Crown Jewels. The Bloody Tower is to the left. It's late May 2005 and adready the tourists are out in force.
