This cormorant stands proud on a column on Llanelli's Millennium Coastal Park promenade and was unveiled by the Queen in 2002. It is Indian Granite and was carved by Indian craftsmen. Nice carving, I too can understand the fishermen not being too happy with the choice.
Yes I can understand the feelings but it certainly a well detailed sculpture
