Inveraray Castle

An example of Gothic Revival architecture. It is the Seat of the Duke of Argyll, HQ of the Clan Campbell. The original Castle was built in the 15th century by Colin Campbell, the first Earl of Argyll. This is the 18th century version built on the site of the original when it fell into a state of disrepair.
