Brown Argus.......aricia agestis (female)

These butterflies can be seen between April and September....you need good eyesight though, they really are tiny. This one is a female, I managed to capture a picture of her when her wings were open for a second as well.

Great pic Andy ... love the detail that the butterfly has great colour, I too have never seen this butterfly !!
