Broadwater Church

The weight of the snow is getting too much for the trees at back of church where many walk wondering the true history that lay beneath them. It is near where this picture is taken older locals tell stories of tunnels fr smugglers that came out & in history books you can read of in fields that was once opposite to this (now Forrest Road) gun fights took place over smuggled rum 100s of years ago.

It can be kind of strange walking by here sometimes as you see a graveyard expect silence but often here children screaming & playing as behind the tall trees is sports field to The Manor School. It is kind of good to know this otherwise you'd be spooked.
