Description

OK? Who Am I ?

On the green with a pond rich in various birdlife there were about half a dozen of these characters having a mooch about. However, I have had a look through my book of winged things and the closest was an Eygptian goose but I do not think it really fits the bill. Any Twitching folk out there with a better suggestion please.

I am not a twitcher Vince, but a quick search on the net suggests you were right in suspecting it to be an Egyptian Goose (female).

I've no idea what it is, but I looked it up too and I think you and David might be right with the Egytian Goose. It's a long way from home, but then again so are Canadian Geese.
