I remember this was just inside the archway entrance to the church when Ifirst visited it in the 1960s. Some years later sometime in the the 1970/80s when I visited again this was no longer there, apatently it had been destroyed vandalised. I would love to know when this photograph was taken. If this is still as it is on this picture where is it located?. It is only about 4 months ago this year 2007 & is no longer inside the archway.?? It is or was a very interesting feature. As is the crucifixtion monument in the churchyard. its brilliant.

Does anyone know when these skulls and inscription were put there in the first place, it would be very intersting to know this.?
