Description

Robin Hood's Bay

Perhaps one of the most popular, charming and picturesque fishing villages in the country, Robin Hood’s Bay lies six miles south of Whitby in North Yorkshire. The origins of the name are unknown but there are many speculations. Unfortunately there is no connection to the legendary outlaw and Robin Hood's Bay.

Super set Zbigniew, that really is a steep looking street. Cannot remember it now but know we visited once as we had a drink and bowl of chips outside a pub only to have a seagull fly over and leave his calling card all over our diner .

Nice colours.I saw a sign at the top of that hill saying "delivery vehicles only". The road is so narrow it would be difficult to pass a vehicle going in the opposite direction.
