I'd gone to take pictures of a huge liner, the Ocean Princess and chose a part of the river front near to Wallasey Town Hall. All of a sudden the light went dull, casting a strange light on the river so I pulled my zoom back to take in the whole scene. 1/640th sec @ F5

The colours are so subtle on this Rod - I love it
I remember this view from when I was a lad, a long time ago. Little seems to have changed, except for a few more buildings on the Liverpool waterfront. Nicely atmospheric shot.
