The cranes and heavy lifting gear against the sky made me take this. It happened during a rare break from the rain, much belied by the clear sky.

A welcome change from the more usual pretty coastal scene. To my eye, the silhouetted cranes look like some distant robotic army, and the wide-angle crop emphasises the barrenness of the intervening space.
