Hale Village is a very pretty place near to the National Trust owned Speke Hall. Taken on the road out of the Village. The scene looked okay in full colour but I like the mono version much better.

An attractive mono picture making the most of what is presumably oil seed rape for extra contrast.
I agree, the mono shot gives good impact.
It is rape growing in shot David, and it came out a rather livid yellow causing me to try the mono conversion.
