The Catlow drinking fountain, Whitehall Park, Darwen, Lancashire.The fountain was donated to the people of darwen by the Catlow family, at a cost of £120.00.The water that once supplied this fine ornament was drawn from a natural spring deep from within the park.

Wow, such very fond memories of the fountain that my great grandfather donated to Darwen. Many yeara spent drinking out of "my" fountain as a boy. Thankyou to SITA for helping to restore it. Catlow Jnr
