I hate to admit this, John, but the slightly different angle was not for artistic reasons--- this village seems to always have so many visitors, and I had to quickly move to capture no people. Unfortunately I don't know how to edit photos on computer, so I have to position myself correctly. This is why I love the village of Snowshill(coming soon)-- no people!

Lovely shot - I do the same thing - I wait until there are no people - and then quickly shoot the picture.
