Description

The Struggle 1

The Struggle is the local name for the Kirkstone Pass road out of Ambleside as opposed to the main one from Windermere up over the top then down towards Ullswater. This is from halfway up the Struggle looking back towards Ambleside and Windermere, and the day did not get any brighter til much later in the day

That is one mean road, but I have heard some folk have even been know to cycle up it !!!
