Description

South Crofty from Afar

Another shot of Pool from the North Coast this time showing The South Crofty Mine at present being prepared for further mining. The mine, the last one to work in Cornwall that closed in 1998 is hoping to re-open, but developments this week have thrown doubt on this. The very large white structure is the headgear covered in cladding.
