Looks like Penzance to me. If I am right at the top left of the street just before the cream coloured building is a Wetherspoons pub, or at least it was when I was there about 8 years ago.

This is Market Jew Street in Penzance - ( means holy headland in Cornish )and if my memory serves me correctly Market Jew Street means _ Thursday Market. The statue in front of the imposing building (the Market House ) is that of Sir Humphry Davy. Penzance was a coinage town, that is one of the recognised towns in Cornwall where the Stannery Parliament would assay the tin to be taxed. A small amount of tin would be cut from the corner of an ingot for testing hence the name " Coinage Town "
