The lion doesn't seem to approve of the crane by the look on his face.
In reply to Ruth's comment, the Maiwand Lion has been there for 128 years to present date. I suspect the Lion will have the last laugh and still be there when the new buildings have long since gone.
An interesting mixture indeed Edward and long may the Lion hold on to his territory
