OK back to quizzy. I'm wondering now if this has a Cornish connection, tin mines, but I don't know why, or where the communication clue comes into play.

 Thanks for that John, a quick refresh and there is Russel.

         Now as for this quizzy, I shall just say that I took the pics on POE of this place when on one of my pushbike rides and I am no Dave John on a bike , my rides are just an hour or two and most of that time is stopping to take pics.

     In communication I do mean I was once in communication - I am near No.10 and I did say the pic was taken on a bike ride and I do not get to go too far on my bike  ( as I said , I am no Dave John  on apush bike,)
