I've no reason for this guess but I've got to start somewhere, Sean Bean, alias Boromir.

 Nope.

As I have said the quizzy has been to Cornwall ( and to many also Wiltshire  much to their displeasure ) and will come back to Cornwall and the rest of our land in the spring I think.

This person certainly has an identity crisis - Dwarf/Vampire and soon to be a soldier before retelling a story we have already seen.

OK, the Middle Earth dwarf  Gimli was played by the Welsh actor John Ryhs-Davis. But I can't get a connection with anything else.

Well wouldn't you know it. I took mum shopping today and she forgot her TV mag for next week, so I went back to get it for her, never thought to look inside it. And now it's 6 miles away Frown

She does John, but I'm wondering about her connection with Middle Earth. I'm going to have to look to see if I can find an online version of one of these TV mags.

I've looked through a couple of online versions of the TV listings mags, the only person I can find with Cornish connections is Martin Clunes.
