Description

Memorial, St Mary's Churchyard, Yate, Gloucestershire 2023

During WW2 there was two air raids on Parnalls aircraft factory in Yate that resulted in a total of 53 people being killed and around 150 injured. In the nearby St Mary's Churchyard is a memorial remembering those that lost their lives, some of whom are buried in the Churchyard.
