A picture of Thorpe St Peter

Thorpe St Peter, Lincolnshire. John Kelk was born about 1786 at Burgh le Marsh, and married in 1816 at Willoughby to Deborah Graves. They lived at Thorpe St Peter from at least 1823, and John was the church sexton from at least 1836 until his death in 1872. He probably dug many of the graves here during that time. John Kelk is my great-great-great-grandfather.

He's also my great great great Grandfather! Thanks for posting this Tony. Imagine my shock when I clicked on the link, I only just started researching my family history this week. John Kelk is as far back as I've got so far. Michelle
