About Hollins Hey Hotel & Restaurant
The Hollins Hey is a privately owned hotel with magnificent views over Liverpool Bay. This magnificent 19th century Victorian cilla with sea views is set in the affluent suburb of New Brighton. The Hollins Hey is a privately owned hotel comprising of 13 en-suite double rooms, most of which have magnificent views over Liverpool Bay. This splendid Victorian Villa is full of character, no more so than in our traditional restaurant with its crisp linen, cut glass and fresh flowers. Our international chefs have prepared one of the largest a-la-carte selections in Merseyside, in addition to our famous 5-course table d'hote menu, priced at 17.95 GBP. Our cocktail lounge (which is only used by our discerning dinner guests and residents) is an ideal meeting place to meet friends and colleagues, with its open fire and grand piano. You can relax while our experienced staff serve drinks to your table. For meetings and conferences, our new 120-seater air conditioned conference suite is ideal for those important meetings, as you can rely on us to get it right, allowing you to focus purely on your agenda. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the hotel does not have a lift.
