All on one level ideal for those with limited mobility, 2 large family bedrooms each with a french oak antique double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, hall way, open plan lounge with oak and granite kitchen and dining area with wood burning stove and double bed settee.
Private courtyard with bbq and patio suite, which accesses the environmentally heated indoor 12m swimming pool and only 100m from the onsite fishing lake surrounded by open fields.
Renewable onsite generated energy/water/reed bed systems.

Explore Wirrals beautiful coast 15 minutes from Liverpool, European Capital of Culture 2008, 20 minutes from roman town of Chester.
