Healey Dell Nature Reserve on the Whitworth - Rochdale border, sits in a picturesque part of the Spodden Valley. Rich with flora and fauna, and with a fascinating archaeological history, Healey Dell is worthy of a visit any time of year. The monumental Healey Dell Viaduct that stands at 100 feet tall, a glorious sight in itself, offers fantastic views of the surrounding area. You will find picnic areas and a car park and a visitor centre which houses exhibitions and organised walks.
