About The Winchester Royal

The Winchester Royal is a charming 75 bedroom hotel situated in the heart of historic Winchester. Its origins date back to 1530 and it has been a hotel for a century and a half. The bedrooms are located in either the main house or the west wing. The main house rooms all have their own individual character. The executive rooms are in the West wing and all overlook the beautiful walled gardens. The Conservatory restaurant serves quality a La Carte and Table d' Hote menus at lunch & dinner. The hotel also has 2 small car parks for approximately 50 cars. The Winchester Royal are proud to announce that we have been awarded a nationally recognised AA Rosette award for quality food. The hotel also gained a 79% quality score making the Winchester Royal one of the best 3 Star hotels in Winchester.
