About New Place - De Vere Venues

Set within 32 acres of idyllic grounds, De Vere Venues New Place sits within easy reach of Portsmouth & Southampton. Spread over a number of interesting buildings, New Place has 108 en-suite bedrooms with great leisure facilities. With the cathedral cities of Chichester and Winchester nearby, we offer an indoor pool, sauna, spa bath and gym. The Health Club will be closed for refurbishment from 09 February to 04 April 2007. Therefore the gym, pool, spa and sauna will not be available At weekends, accommodation is only available on a bed & breakfast basis. There will be limited bar facilities in the Metz or alternatively we may choose to provide Room Service only. Midweek, meals are taken in the 100 year old Manor House.
